Abstract

The Cerebral Palsy tackles the person in different ways, depending on the area from nervous system that is afflected. People with CP experience neuromusculular disorders, such as muscular tonus variation, persistence of primitive reflexes, stifnes, spascity, among sthers. As a consequence, it contributes to the child´s level of interaction in relevant contexts, influencing the acquisition and persormance not only motor frames (roll, sit, cravel, walk), but also for routine activites such as take a shower, ferd themselves, get dressed, move across in various envionments and play. This study aimed to investigate if there is a relation between the playng of the chil witcj CP and you communicative performance and motor. 20 children have participated in the research from 3 to 12 years old, who attend regular classes at school, such as thew teachers. It was used for children classification a tool to evalwete this play and intruments GMFCS, MACS and CFC´S. The rescarch was carried by 2 student´s of occupational therapy from 2015 to 2016 through the observation of children and filing of a report. At the end of this study, was possible to concluid that there is a relation between the play and the motor performance of CP childreen.
