Responsibility And Justice For Minors: An Interview with François Marty

Abstract

In the interest of discussing problems that concern contemporary subjectivity, and its link with social and historical processes, Professor Roberto Aceituno conducted an interview with academic François Marty, a specialist in adolescent psychoanalytic clinics. The conversation dealt with the problem of criminal responsibility of minors in conflict with the law, which requires interdisciplinary work that brings together socio-anthropological perspectives and clinical, educational practice in psychology and psychoanalysis.
